Phil has worked for Slough Estates for 11 years and currently leads a team of 12 responsible for all activities within the West London portfolio. Phil has previously held positions including Head of Acquisitions and Head of Leasing & Marketing before commencing his current role in April 2005.

Prior to joining the company in 1999 she worked for a consultancy based in the East Midlands managing property across the UK for major occupiers and property owners. Since joining SEGRO she has managed estates throughout the South East and more recently specialised in the Heathrow area. Joanne is a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
